Finals Week: The Pre-Winter Break Blizzard

For me, finals week has arrived like a freaking blizzard that you know is coming but you forgot to go and buy supplies for. I’ve been having to work on project after project but the thing is, the end of the semester is close at hand… then break will arrive!

Hello everyone!

I know I have been meaning to post for a while. Switching majors and trying to complete college has been hindering my attempts to post. But FINALLY! I have some down time to post to the blog! Normally I don’t scroll through, however, a friend on Facebook shared the link with me about Mermaid Victory. She is trying to raise money to buy a new tail because her old one is plain and a little beat up, which hinders her attempts to talk to children and parents about Ocean Conservation Awareness.


The Sailing Rocks of Death Valley

All over the earth there are many geographical and historical landmarks that baffle us. Such as Stone Henge, which we still don’t understand how it was built all those thousands of years ago, or the Great Pyramids. We have ideas of how they were built but there’s not one theory that has come out on top and crushed the otherse. As for geographical landmarks, Death Valley’s sailing rocks have been difficult to figure out. No one has seen them move, but they do since their trails are the only things that show us.

As of August 27, 2014, however, 3 people have solved the mystery of the Sailing Rocks.   Read the rest of this entry
